Meet Sherline Herard, LMHC

Sherline graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She has worked for many years with domestic violence survivors, as well as adults and teens struggling with mental health issues. Sherline believes that everyone has the strength within themselves to heal. Her role as a counselor is to support and empower clients as they continue to use their inner strength to cope and heal from any challenges they may be facing. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or everyday life stressors, she can assist you.

Here for you

Sherline's therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual client’s needs. She uses a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Adlerian therapy to help clients reach their ultimate therapeutic goals. Sherline enjoys assisting clients in discovering their inner strengths to set achievable goals for their lives. Taking the first step towards a new journey is always difficult, but Sherline can help make the process a little less overwhelming. Please call Sherline today for a free phone consultation, and let’s start working together to help establish or build the strength within you.

Are you ready to take the first step?
